1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to return

- Your order number.
- A description of the issue or reason for return.
- Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. For items damaged during shipping, SimBoxx will cover return shipping costs after verification.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
5. Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@simboxxsimulators or +31 6 81 91 87 95. Provide photos and details of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
6. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products that have been used or damaged due to improper handling.
- Items not purchased directly from SimBoxx.
